In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties in product quality assurance and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, this Product Quality Assurance Agreement (Hereinafter referred to as this Agreement) is hereby established through friendly consultation

Article 1: Product Range

1.2 Party A guarantees that the products provided comply with various certificate quality standards and the requirements of Party B, and provides Party B with a product quality inspection report before shipment.

Party A shall provide a sturdy outer packaging for the product to avoid loss and damage during long-distance transportation.

Article 2: Quality Assurance Period

2.1 The quality assurance period of the product is: 6 months since delivery date

2.2 Within the quality assurance period, Party A shall be responsible for any problems caused by the raw materials, design, manufacturing, and other reasons of the product.

Article 3: Quality Issues

3.1 If Party B finds that the product quality does not meet the requirements after receiving the goods, Party B shall immediately inform Party A, If the situation is true, Party A accepts Party B's goods return request.

Article 4: Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise between the parties during the performance of this agreement, both parties should firstly be resolved through friendly consultation; If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.

Article 5: Other Provisions

This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and has equal legal effect.
